When will you be mailing tickets?
There are no physical tickets. Purchasing a ticket will send the ticket buyers an email confirmation with a transaction number. You'll also be notified by email of every ticket purchase and will have a report that will show you who has purchased tickets. We have two reports for tickets. To see the report with the names of the ticket buyers, in the control panel, go to Reports, choose tickets and then click on Tickets Sold on the left. You'll see a green X icon that you can click on to download the Excel spreadsheet of the report.
We don't recommend that you require ticket buyers to print out the email confirmation as proof of purchase, as some of the email confirmations might be incorrectly blocked as spam. Instead, you can print out the spreadsheet and check the names of ticket buyers at the door.
